The reporter states that the phone was not delivered and that the account stopped responding after promising delivery within two days.

Written declaration from NovaCart listing its official accounts (@novacart.demo on Instagram and TikTok, and the WhatsApp Business line +254 000 000 100) and its only payment account (Paybill 000 100), and stating it does not operate @novacart.deals.demo.
