About this demonstration
How the demo data works
Every business, person, account, claim and piece of evidence in this preview is fictional, with one exception described below. The identifiers come from ranges chosen so that they cannot belong to a real business or person, and every one is marked Fictional where it appears.
The reserved ranges
Phone numbers
+254 000 000 431
After the country code, a Kenyan number never begins with 0: that digit is only the trunk prefix dialled inside Kenya, and mobile numbers begin with 7 or 1. Reference 2.
Websites and email
novacart.example
The .example name is reserved for documentation and cannot be registered by anyone. Reference 1.
Till and paybill numbers
000 210
Every demo payment number begins with 000.
Registration numbers
DEMO-REG-0001
Marked DEMO so they cannot be mistaken for a registry number.
Social handles
@novacart.deals.demo
Every demo handle ends in .demo. Zygos never links to them; any real account with a similar name is unrelated.
A source reference you can open
On fictional records, “View original source” is disabled: there is no real post to open. The two items below are real public documents — the sources for the ranges above — shown in the format Zygos uses for outside evidence. Their links open the originals. They say nothing about any business.

Zygos summaryReserves .example, .test, .invalid and .localhost so they are never assigned to a real website.
Why it is here: Demo websites and email addresses end in .example, so none can belong to a real business.

Zygos summaryGives Kenya’s country code as +254 and its trunk prefix as 0, and lists mobile codes beginning with 7 and, since 2019, with 1.
Why it is here: Demo phone numbers use +254 followed by 0, a pattern no Kenyan subscriber number uses.

One real reference profile
LESNAR AI, the company that builds Zygos, has a real profile so that a real source can be followed end to end. It uses only what the company publishes about itself on its own website: its name, its domain and its own description. It has no claims, no observations and no connections to the fictional scenarios, and it is marked as a real reference profile wherever it appears.
